Why? The Sushi Bar offers delectable dishes, maintains its high quality standard and has a fantastic view to boot! In a time where Japanese cuisine gained momentum, circa 2008, I consider the 'Hyatt experience' as a treasure that keeps on giving by creating bellyful memories! My passion and voraciousness for food, urged me to learn and master the use of chopsticks. So much so that I abandoned traditional cutlery for my own wooden chopsticks.
